COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reuland Electric 1213-15 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Robicon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the MSK060C0600NNM1UG1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R103884020 manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 469150 by Manufacturer Robicon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rofin Brand 101110998 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Robohand such as RCW8030VL equipment made by Robohand have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Robohand products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Robohand" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R250090BP made by Rexa as well as the popular 189161 original spares produced by Rice-Lake Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AM25M by Rfpp-Rf and RCW8030VL spares by Robohand are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSK040B0600NNM1UG0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
